Awards represent the hard work and dedication of those who receive them and serve as artifacts that enhance prestige. They deepen emotional impact and reinforce the awarding institution’s values. They also visually symbolize
the significance of the achievement, making it truly meaningful
and memorable.
The AIESEC awards are aimed at doing just that: Leaders, team players, and Local Committees are recognized for their contributions to the organization's common cause, the challenge was that the award didn't look great. It didn't reflect the intentionality and prestige the organization embodies.
The goal was to create a memorable design that made getting an award desirable. A design that reflected the significance of the achievements

I looked through the AIESEC design system and saw great potential for
the iconic walking man to be the symbol of the award. A simple, yet clear representation of what AIESEC represents - The act of looking into the future and moving forward.
